We are frequently asked to coach senior leaders on their presence and impact. Having technical knowledge is not always enough to influence, lead and come across to the audience as credible.

We work with people either on a one to one basis or in small groups to design tailored development that brings out the best in them and aligns their “personal brand” with the desired brand values of the organization.

We can offer either one to one coaching or what we believe is a unique format of coaching and development called “Authentic Presence & Impact – from the Inside Out” which lends itself well to small groups of six.
